Please prepare the same form as four pairs as below and hand it to the refueling company.
You can get paper at the tax office. You can also download it from the website of the National Tax Agency.
One pair for each month, one for each airport is required.

The place where you fill in and stamp is indicated in red letters. The blank space is filled in and sealed at the refueling company and mailed at the beginning of next month.

The first sheet is a notice form = Customer’s ahead
The second sheet is also the notice letter = the refueling company’s ahead
3rd sheet with notification form = customer submitted to tax office
The fourth sheet is a certificate = the refueling company submits it to the tax office
